C.I3-*Arg.-1G-.) allso a new ranking system will take affect now you must fight a leader or a higher rank officer like 2lt or up, if you loose you go down 1 rank the winner goes up 1 rank and If some one chalenges a higher rank and wins they go up 1 rank while the looser goes down 2 ranks
